Ellie is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt who started training at the age of four, trained under the Gracie family lineage which has deeply influenced her approach to BJJ. Both of Ellie’s parents are third-degree black belts who have successfully opened and operated two BJJ schools, in addition to designing and running thriving kids’ programs for other academies. With nearly a decade of coaching experience at her parents’ gym, Ellie has honed her skills as an instructor, particularly in working with children. Her engaging approach to coaching helps young students build confidence, master self-defense skills, and grow their passion for Jiu-Jitsu in a supportive and fun environment.
